- Wholesale prices are visible only to approved dealers
- All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise

- Installment options
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
4. Dealer Accounts (Wholesale)
- Dealer registration requires manual approval by RageX
- RageX reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate dealer accounts
- Wholesale pricing and benefits are strictly for approved dealers only
- Misuse of dealer accounts may result in account termination without notice
5. Warranty & Order Track
- Warranty coverage is provided according to manufacturer or RageX warranty terms
- Customers can view warranty periods for each purchased device by logging into their RageX user account
- Each product will display:

- Purchase date
- Warranty duration
- Warranty expiry date
- Warranty details are securely linked to the customer’s registered account and device record
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, liquid damage, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and replacements are handled according to our Return Policy.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, damage on delivery, or incorrect items
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product
- RageX reserves the right to inspect and verify all return claims
- Misuse of dealer accounts may result in account termination without notice
Refunds are issued only when replacement is not possible.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- RageX provides island wide delivery across Sri Lanka
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and stock availability
- RageX is not responsible for delays caused by third party courier services
8. User Responsibilities
