At RageX IT Solution, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure all products are checked before delivery and clearly define our return and replacement terms to keep the process transparent and fair for everyone.Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The delivered product is incorrect or does not match the order
- The product is dead on arrival (DOA)
All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or wrong selection by customer
- Used, installed, or physically damaged products
- Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoices
- Damage caused by power surges, improper installation, water, or misuse
- Software, downloadable items, or clearance sale items
3. Return Process
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Product serial number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps
Products sent back without prior approval may be rejected.
4. Warranty & Manufacturer Support
Most RageX products are covered by a manufacturer warranty.
After initial inspection, warranty claims will be handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.Customers can also use our Serial Number Warranty Check feature on the website for quick verification.
5. Replacement & Refund Policy
- Approved defective products will be replaced with the same model
- If the same item is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit may be offered
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days
6. Shipping Responsibility
- If the error is from RageX (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by us
- If the issue is not verified as a defect, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility
7. Wholesale / Dealer Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to separate return conditions agreed at the time of purchase.
